We're here to support our community by providing crucial physical and financial aid while fostering safe conversations around hunger, homelessness, bullying, and harassment. As a nonprofit, we stand as a voice for other organizations, advocating for change together.
No journey towards progress is solitary. We firmly believe in the power of unity, serving as a bridge to empower various organizations. Together, we uplift and aid our youth and families in need, shaping a generation of Upstanders and Allies for a brighter future.

Our Mission:
- Inspire change – to be public servants, people from the community, creating change by proving that the youth can have positive interaction free of bullying, humiliation, or disrespect.
- Make a change – providing the under serviced youth access to resources they need so that together we can meaningfully impact the world through all societal challenges
- Maintain the change – connecting and interacting with the parents and/or guardians, as well as local government to provide support, encouragement, and understanding of each to share successes, learn, build, educate, enforce a new culture of service to the community that will last.

About Us
Our leader, vernita stevens
Vernita is a retired United States Marine Master Sergeant. Her commitment to excellence, solid leadership skills, congressional and command experience has given her a distinctive ability to take extremely complicated procedures and situations and turn them into teachable moments. During her tenure as Congressional Military Fellow and Legislative Analyst in the Office of the Secretary of Defense Legislative Affairs, Vernita gained experience on the importance of taking a broader approach required training and a better understanding of Equality, Inclusion, and Diversity as well as train them on how the systematic approach is needed to create an environment that addresses the issue and not the person. She has trained military leadership in areas of Diversity and Inclusion, Equality, Unconscious Biases, and Bystander Intervention.
Vernita applied her military-acquired skills and knowledge to create her business, Paradigm of Possibilities, which is a consulting and training working online, nationally, and worldwide to teach Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Navigating Difficult Conversations, and more! With more than 25,000 hours of facilitation under her belt, she now enjoys keynote speaking engagements as well.
Our Focus
The foundation of our mission is the aim to stand in the gap and serve as a voice for other organizations. Our Bystanders against Bullying (BAB Program) is an intervention initiative, meticulously crafted to educate both youth and educators on safe intervention strategies. We've designed age-appropriate training modules that simplify understanding and implementation, considering the school's climate, culture, and social dynamics.
2p Center of Excellence, INC is dedicated to a transformative cause - cleaning the lens for communities and guiding youth towards new perspectives, fostering positive and productive interactions. Standing against bullying, hate, racism, and discrimination, we've cultivated safe and brave spaces, igniting an environment ripe for change.
Our work spans nationwide, aiming to curb and prevent bullying and cyberbullying by imparting effective solutions on how to act, interact, and respond to these situations. We extend a helping hand to those at risk of suicide, while passionately advocating that any form of bullying is intolerable.
